Workers’ compensation for small-to-medium sized employers
TERRITORY
Risks with governing class code assigned to AK, CA, HI IA, IL, IN, KY, MO or OR. Coverage for accompanying incidental exposure available in AK, AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA & VT
Note: Incidental coverage payroll limited to 10% in FL and NJ
COVERAGE
 

Statutory Workers’ Compensation
$5,000 minimum manual premium
$130,000 maximum manual premium (see your PointSure underwriting specialist for exceptions)

• Experience modification factor of 1.49 or lower (up to 1.79 in AK and OR)
• Guaranteed Cost Plan
• Direct bill with four installment payment plan options

TARGET CLASSES
  Risks that may not qualify for coverage in the standard market, such as new ventures and those who currently insure through an Assigned Risk Plan. Over 80% of class codes available.
  APPLICATIONS
  Standard Acord 130 application, completed and signed by broker. A current experience modification worksheet and hard copy loss runs for most recent three years (valued within 90 days of coverage inception) are also required.
